This agreement, entered into by Mel-o-dey Enterprises LLC (Buyer) and Rodney Martin and Daniel Zook (Sellers), involves the full transfer of membership interests and assets of Kauffman’s Transport LLC.

Comprehensive Asset Transfer

The acquisition includes the entire fleet and equipment, internal software and infrastructure, and all corporate policies and processes.

Operational Continuity

Mel-o-dey Enterprises LLC has assumed full responsibility for all financial balances, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and existing vendor and customer contracts.
